RENTAL REQUIREMENTS and CANCELLATION POLICY:
We absolutely expect you to drive responsibly. We love our classic vehicles and hope you will also and want to help preserve them. Knowing they are irreplaceable, please keep in mind that they must be treated with the utmost respect! You must stay with the caravan at all times. These conditions are for safety and with your best experience in mind.
Cancellation Policy:
– Within 10 days of tour date you will be refunded 75% of deposit
– Within 5 days of tour date you will be refunded 50% of deposit
– Within 72 hours before tour date no refund will be issued
We reserve the right to deny any person or persons at our discretion who are or appear be intoxicated, sick, or unable/unfit to drive our classic vehicle. If said persons deny, insists or challenge our discretion then local law enforcement will be invited to make the final call. We will allow a different date for their rental to be at a safer time based on availability and 50% will be charged for loss of rental for that day.
Absolutely no refunds will be given to impaired drivers who are not able to change their date. Safety is number 1 and a Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals standard.
Drivers and passengers must be at least 6 years old and weigh more than 60 lbs.
I agree to follow all state and federal laws. Unsafe operation may result in fines/early termination of rental agreement.
I understand that my tour and vehicle may be changed at any time due to vehicle accidents, unforeseen problems, or other unplanned misfortunes that may develop. This is to include the tour location and route.
Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals will always do their best to replace your classic with another classic vehicle if available. Remember, the tour is about the experience, locations and friendly people you will encounter and all while driving a beautiful car from the past!
I accept all responsibility for injuries and assume all risk for me and any and all passengers for the use and driving privileges of any vehicle rented from Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals.
I hereby waive and release Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals, its owners, agents and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my use of this car rental even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the Company, or any of its agents, or employees in the inspection, maintenance and/or from other customer’s use of this vehicle.
Please Note: Your credit card will be charged the total price shown above. This payment is used to reserve your tour for the time and date selected. If you need to make any changes please call right away as tour changes are subject to availability. In the event of severe weather, Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any tour due to unsafe conditions. Any tour cancelled by Las Vegas Classic Car Rentals will receive a 100% refund and receive 25% off your next tour.
AT THE TIME OF RENTAL:
You must have a valid driver’s license, insurance card, and the credit card with which you reserved your rental. Driver must be 30 years or older. Must have a major credit card in your name.
Must carry full coverage automotive insurance that is transferable to the vehicle.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A credit card hold of $1200.00 prior to tour and may be applied toward the unlikely event of accident or vehicle damages. The deposit will be released when the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Renter understands that if there is any damage to the vehicle upon the return, the security deposit may be used to cover any small repair or charges resulting in the loss of use of the vehicle, any damages to the vehicle that insurance will not cover and/or the insurance deductible. . Renter agrees that the security deposit can and may be used for any damages and renter agrees not to dispute such charges if they are incurred. Renter agrees that in the event of damage, it will be renter’s responsibility to recover any monies billed against renter’s security deposit from the insurance company.

SMOKING POLICY:
For the consideration of future renters, and possible interior damage, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge of $250.00 will apply if this policy is violated.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
